FAQs:
What is the average number of sessions required? most people require between 4-8 sessions depending on the thickness of hair growth.
Is it permanent? While the FDA wants it called Hair Reduction, most people have incredibly long lasting results requiring little or no retouches. Some women with hormonal hair growth may need some touch ups, but are generally happy with results.
What about my most private areas? Can you do a Brazilian? Yes, we can! we use a little plastic shield, or moistened gauze the for labia minora to protect from laser energy.
Does it hurt? We use the IPL function of the machine for hair removal. Without numbing cream, it feels like a rubber band snapping your skin. We think that doesn't sound fun, so we use a prescription cream based with Lidocaine to numb your skin prior to treatment.
How much does it cost? While there are too many variables to list here, packages, size of area, number of sessions, etc. A good rule of thumb is that a session of 4-6 sessions is going to cost you about what 10 - 12 waxing sessions would cost for that same area. So basically, if you are going to wax that area for a year You could get that area lasered and the cost would be similar, just paid upfront. But we have finance options available.
